My workshops are designed to awake the creative self, promote self-awareness and inner transformation, and trigger a sense of purpose through the understanding of our essential, divine nature. My goal is to create a space where people can explore their creativity and discover potentials and talents, cultivating their uniqueness and self-esteem, and finding support and encouragement through their interaction with others. They are indicated to people who believe in the importance of reserving a little time to cultivate their spirit and creativity, in order to enrich their lives and change themselves and their environment.In my workshops I integrate symbolic arts like Astrology and Tarot, visual arts, movement and corporal expression, creative journaling, writing, meditation, creative visualization, music and mandalas. In both live and online workshops human interaction and sharing of experiences are highly encouraged. Absolutely no previous art training is necessary - only a willingness to exploration, adventure and play.
I am available to facilitate retreats for companies, groups and organizations, as well as spiritually-based spaces and communities. Workshops can be customized to attend the needs of your group.
